Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
Creates spreadsheets, ad-hoc reports, prepare correspondence and generate form letters using advanced software features and functions
Administers time and attendance using WorkBrain
Receives incoming telephone calls and inquiries and routes appropriately
Oversees incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail and faxes
Submits facilities work requests including for repairs to printers, work stations, etc.
Coordinates onboarding of new team members, including system and shared drive access, badging, etc.
Provides guest wi-fi and escort for vendors
Facilitates meetings that achieve successful outcomes
Submits requisitions for office supplies, business cards, computer equipment and software maintenance agreements using Quick Buy Purchasing System
Prioritizes tasks to determine items requiring immediate attention
Performs other general office and administrative tasks as required by the position
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
1 year work experience in a prior support or administrative position
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Superior typing skills
Proficient using or comfortable learning payroll tools
Skills in reviewing, screening and prioritizing mail and telephone calls
Skills in analytics and problem solving
Ability to possess the highest regard for confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and function as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision
College degree is a plus
Experience working in Digital or IT is a plus
