Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • The Fleet Services Cleaner reports to the Fleet Services Lead, or assigned designee.

  • Provides direct labor to clean the interior and exterior of company aircraft

  • Evaluates and replaces aircraft carpet

  • Provides up-dates to status boards and forms on work accomplished.

  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area

  • Completes all required Company training

  • Performs TSA aircraft security checks on aircraft

  • Maintains a positive attitude that is conducive to aircraft safety and compliance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • This position is covered by a labor agreement


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid state issued drivers license required

  • Has knowledge of General Procedures Manual (GPM) and other company manuals preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership and organization skills preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

  • Demonstrated professional work ethic required

  • Hold a PPL

  • Funding dispersed when you receive your CPL.

Job Description

The Communications Agent's primary focus is receiving, recording, and disseminating pertinent operational information to station and company personnel.

This individual contributor will provide exceptional internal communication and customer service to flight crews, SOC, outstation, and other airline personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Create and maintain a strong culture of safety that incorporates "Ready, Safe, Go!"

  • Monitor all flights in progress for possible delays, weather, flight cancellations and other information to Seattle Station

  • Input arrival and departure information and coding delays into the SABRE computer system through Gatesheet

  • Monitor for and help resolve parking and gating issues

  • Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions - duties include baggage and cargo handling, aircraft marshaling, and aircraft deicing
