Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • This NYC based Sales Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting new business as well as growing existing business predominantly within the financial sector

  • Competitive candidates will have a strong sales background including proven results in the following: new business development, client management, critical and analytical analysis, public speaking and executive engagement

  • Must be comfortable and highly effective working in a virtual environment as well as in a Manhattan sales office

  • The Sales Account Executive is responsible for growing and maximizing revenue and market share with Delta's corporate customers representing $115M in annual revenue.

  • Primary responsibilities include taking a consultative approach toward building, maintaining, and managing agency and corporate relationships, contract negotiation, implementation, performance evaluation, and maintenance of agreements across key customer contacts.

  • This position will also be responsible for adding airline partners and points of sale to agreements as well as conducting new business and prospecting efforts to grow the portfolio.

  • This position involves community engagement, representing Delta and JV partners at local organizations and events.

  • This position collaborates with Sales Development teams to formulate sales strategies and programs. Additionally, coordination and team selling with alliance partners is required.

  • The Sales Account Executive will plan account strategies based on Delta Flight Plan and Global Sales plans.

  • This Sales Account Executive position is required to submit bi-weekly sales plans and activity reports to manager.

  • Position requires frequent business travel, as well as some work during evenings and weekends.

Job Description

This is a Part Time Position offered through Delta Professional Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Senior, New Hire Pilot Interviewer – This position will serve as part of the Delta Professional Services –Flight Operations Support component of the Delta Air Lines pilot hiring interview team. Workload is dependent upon the level of New Hire Pilot Interviews. There is no guaranteed minimum level of work, stated or implied.


Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Completes initial and annual recurrent interview training, provided to Pilot Selection team members.

  • Asks and evaluates interview questions provided by the Pilot Selection group to prospective Delta Air Lines pilots in order to determine if the candidate would be a good fit for Delta Air Lines and adhere to company core values.

  • Review information obtained in compliance with the Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996 (PRIA).

  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Compliance reviews/audits of the interview process.

  • Provide input to initial and annual recurrent interview training.

  • Perform the functions of Recurrent Training Coordinator.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a qualified interviewer.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Able to participate in pilot interviews, at the Delta General Offices in Atlanta, for prospective Delta Air Lines pilots.
