Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provides detailed inventory information to both suppliers and airlines in a timely and efficient manner.
In accordance with established airline regulations, provides high quality service to all customers.
Inputs inventories, receipts and transfers on a daily basis. Responsible for ensuring that data is entered correctly, appropriately documented and reconciled to source documents.
Performs analysis of (loss)/gain in the DENFUEL system on a daily basis.
Responsible for reconciling daily book inventories by individual supplier.
Validates airline, fueling agent and supplier information on the into-plane tickets for accuracy against forecasted information provided by suppliers.
Satisfies reporting requirements on a daily basis.
Handle requests by DENFUEL’s customers to research past transactions, provide additional copies; explain various accounting treatments, etc.
Validates monthly closing reports to ensure that monthly summaries add up to daily totals.
Produces and distributes the following on a daily basis: A. Gross & Net Daily Supplier Inventory report B. Airlines Issues – Airlines as requested C. Supplier Issues – Suppliers D. Fueling Agent Issues – Fueling Agents E. Truck rack report – Fueling Agents.
Is able to meet the Station’s attendance standards.
Distribution of fueling into-plane tickets are as follows: A. Domestic / International - Tickets to be entered between 8AM – 4PM the previous day. With reports sent upon completion of the days entry.
Forward yellow copies of tickets to customers that request them daily.
Responsible for maintaining and updating pre-addressed labels for Federal Express. This includes ensuring that current addresses of all suppliers, airlines and fueling agents are updated on the revelation database.
Develop and maintain list of daily/monthly addresses including notation for method of delivery and what reports are to be included in each mailing package.

Good organizational and planning skills.
Knowledge of Computer systems, printers.
Computer entry accuracy is a must in order to avoid costly mistakes in the resulting reports.
Knowledge & experience using a 10-key for numerical data entry
Must possess speed and efficiency in operating office equipment.
Must understand operation of computer systems and computer printers. Inputs into the computer must be accurate.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Must work well with employees, as well as external customers, i.e.: oil companies, airlines, into-plane fueling agent personnel.
Knowledge or previous experience in the operation of flights and inventory balancing.
High school graduate with basic computer and calculator knowledge. Prior experience in Accounting/Inventory reconciliation a plus. Four (4) weeks required to learn details of job. Three (3) months required to perform the job with minimal supervision. Experience on the job requires learning responsibilities of all phases of the Laxfuel accounting system, inventory system and reporting of such.
Ability to read, write & understand English
Ability to perform High School level arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), on a regular basis. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance. Ability to perform fundamental Algebra is a plus.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid State Driver's License. Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license and other FAA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
