Job Description
The Onboard Sales Coordinator will support the operation by closely monitoring all catering deliveries for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all onboard products. He/she will work with our third-party vendors and Airports to ensure proper quantities are on hand and delivered as appropriate to support the daily operation of over 600 daily departures. In addition, the Onboard Sales Coordinator will monitor and maintain the inventory of Flight Attendant (FA) Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) devices for the 4000+ Flight Attendants systemwide.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Monitors and maintains the inventory of all FA EFB devices amongst the entire crew network.
Coordinates a timely shipment of FA EFB devices between LSG and the crew bases.
Processes weekly liquor orders for the third-party vendor. Ensures all payments are processed in a timely manner.
Monitors and maintains inventory control of all catering equipment.
Supports all crew bases, Spirit stations with distribution of all promotional materials, catering service supplies, and tarmac orders to ensure proper inventories are on hand.
Maintains and updates all showcase cabinets with new and discontinued products.
Coordinates travel for onboard audits and kitchen tours per contractual agreement with Retail In Motion members.
Assists in preparing monthly catering schedules to be disseminated to Flight Attendants, crew base’s stations and catering security companies.
Maintains Tarmac supply kit inventories as well as places initial Tarmac orders for all opening stations.
Prepares presentations/reports as assigned.
Supports Inflight Training with new hire presentations for onboard services.
Assists Inflight Leadership and teams as required.
Coordinates the scheduling and logistics of onboard catering events, inflight menu rollouts, kitchen visits and flight audits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired
1-3 years’ experience in food and beverage field desired
1-3 years’ supervisory experience desired
1-3 years’ airline experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must pass background check and pre-employment testing.
Able to adapt to various work schedules and times. Must be able to adjust thought processes to coincide with the growth and development of the industry, as well as the company.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
Domestic & International travel approximately 40% of time
Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in excess of those of Sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
