health, democratic reform, and education including the MBE, DBE1, and
DBE2 education projects.
RTI is accepting applications for the following positions on the
USAID-funded Prioritas education project:
1. Project HR Manager (Jakarta based).
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in HR Management or other related field
with 8 years progressive human resource management experience in
international environment or equivalent education and experience.
Multidiscipline experience in HR, management consultation and employee
relations required as well as knowledge of USAID HR policies and
procedures, knowledgeable and experienced in HR systems and MS Office,
strong communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple
levels in the organization in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2. Project Finance Manager (Jakarta based).
Qualifications: Degree in business/Finance/ accounting or its
equivalent. Additional professional training in accounting/business
management is preferred. A minimum of ten (10)years experience as
accountant or responsible for financial management of donor funded
programs; Experience in a USAID project is a plus. Knowledge of
Quickbooks preferred.
3. Grants Manager (Jakarta based)
Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration,
Management, Public Administration, or another related field, and at
least 3 years experience in finance and administration; or Bachelors
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Public
Administration or another related field, and at least 6 years
experience in finance and administration; Previous experience in
USAID-funded programs strongly preferred; Experience in managing large
and small grants;
4. ICT for Education (ICT4E) expert (Jakarta based)
Qualifications: Degree in education, graduate level (S2 or higher)
preferred. Experience in the use of various forms of ICT in education,
instructional uses of technology. Previous experience with USAID or
donor-funded programs; experience facilitating training for educators;
knowledge of distance education programs and e-learning initiatives;
experience in teacher professional development and knowledge of
in-service teacher training efforts in Indonesia. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills in bahasa Indonesia and English required.
