Requirements

• Educated to GCSE/Standard Grade or equivalent level.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Basic PC skills.
• Possess a passport and legally be permitted to live and work in the UK.
• Height: 5’ 1” Min 5’ 10” Max.
• Ability to swim: minimum 25 metres.
• No visible tattoos or piercings, other than one ear piercing per ear.
• Must be able to obtain a criminal record check: Disclosure Scotland certificate.
• Provide 5 Years employment references/checkable history.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience /Key Skills:

• A minimum age of 18 years.
• Pass an initial aeromedical assessment carried out by an Aero Medical Examiner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude to work on own initiative.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrate consistently high level of customer care.
• Diplomacy, tact and assertiveness: ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Planning and Organisational skills.

Desirable for the job

Previous Airline experience, Customer Service experience, Driving Licence / own car/transport.To apply,
