Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • ​​​​Update and maintain HRIS system​​​​

  • Ensure that system records are accurately recorded and audited​​​​

  • Enter new hire information in HRIS​​​​

  • Update HRIS records by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.​​​​

  • Process Personnel Action Forms & Manager Self Service requests while ensuring proper approvals​​​​

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent. Preferred: college degree or additional related training​​​​

  • At least one year of related experience. Preferred: One or more years direct human resource experience​​​​

  • Experience with HRIS -- ADP Enterprise preferred​​​​

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint​​​​

  • Basic understanding of human resource concepts, and regulations​​​​

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Completes initial and annual recurrent interview training, provided to Pilot Selection team members.

  • Asks and evaluates interview questions provided by the Pilot Selection group to prospective Delta Air Lines pilots in order to determine if the candidate would be a good fit for Delta Air Lines and adhere to company core values.

  • Review information obtained in compliance with the Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996 (PRIA).
